THE PROJECTS
INTAKE SYSTEM REPAIR
This project enables EGR system cleaning by injecting a special solution into the exhaust while the engine runs. The device uses a custom Android tablet app to control and adjust the injection amount. A built-in filter ensures safe and efficient operation.
Skills Used
INK CONSTROL SYSTEM - ICS
The Ink Control System ensures precise ink delivery on IKEA wood planks. Using infrared and temperature sensors, it monitors ink thickness and auto-adjusts the roller in real time. This optimizes ink usage while maintaining product quality. The system is powered by a Siemens PLC, with a C#/WPF desktop app for UI and MySQL for data storage.
Skills Used
MINI CONTROLER - PCB
The PCB project features a custom microcontroller board with digital and analog I/Os designed for versatile applications. It was primarily used to control a small car, enabling management of sensors and actuators. The compact design makes it ideal for embedded control systems and prototyping purposes.
Skills Used
HIDROELECTICAL PLANT
The Hidro Plant project monitors water flow over a baffle and regulates the electric current generated by a water-driven generator. Based on the generated power, the system can automatically control pumps or motors. This setup enables efficient energy use in small-scale hydropower applications.
Skills Used
MUSIC LIB
MusicLib integrates with the Spotify API, allowing users to connect their Spotify account, search for songs, and create custom playlists. Once created, playlists are automatically synced with the user’s Spotify account, offering a seamless and interactive music management experience.
Skills Used

WPF/ C# WEBSITE STORE MANAGEMENT
This personal desktop app was built with C# and WPF to manage all operations of my sports brand webstore. It centralizes product management, order tracking, and customer data. Integrated with my local network, it also generates financial reports for annual taxes and provides a full financial overview of the business.
Skills Used

WPF/C# DIET PLANNING
This C#/WPF desktop app was built for a nutritionist team to create and manage personalized diet plans. It allows easy planning of meals and nutrients for each day, with the ability to export plans as PDFs for clients.
Skills Used

SCADex - SCADA PLATFORM for WPF projects
SCADex is a private SCADA platform currently in development using C# and WPF.
It aims to simplify the creation of industrial displays through reusable components and integrated libraries.
The platform focuses on streamlining SCADA development by offering prebuilt elements for fast and flexible HMI design.

Skills Used

PYTHON - CANS DETECTION
This project uses OpenCV in Python to detect and count cans in a packaging bundle. The goal was to verify if all cans are present and correctly placed. Image processing techniques like contour detection, thresholding, and parameter tuning were used for accurate analysis.
Skills Used

WPF/ C# TUBE INSPECTION
This C#/WPF app integrates with an inspection camera system to visualize tube packing layouts. It receives X,Y coordinates from the camera, marks defective tubes in red and OK tubes in yellow, and generates a visual layout. The result is projected onto the physical box using a beamer, aiding real-time quality control.
Skills Used
WPF/ C# PACKING MACHINE UI
This WPF/C# Windows-based app serves as the UI for a packing machine. Users can define bundle configurations, manage recipes, and run different operating modes. It also provides a real-time status view of various machine parts, offering full control and monitoring to improve usability and operational efficiency.
Skills Used
WPF/ C# PACKING MACHINE UI WITH 3D MODELS
This C#/WPF project is a user interface for an end-of-line tube packing machine.
It features a real-time 3D model of the machine to simplify configuration and visualization.
Users can define pallet setups, dynamic layer schemas, and adjust 3D parameters,
making the system intuitive and highly configurable for efficient operation.
